What happens after I’ve placed my order?

You will receive an order confirmation by email within 24 hours, and a second email upon shipment of your product(s) with tracking information.

How are products delivered to me?

We use FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and USPS for most shipping. Most items will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart depending on the total cost of your purchase. Please note extra large items may not be able to be sent to a P.O. Box. We will notify you immediately if a different ship-to address is needed. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box since some items are custom-made and may require extra care.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

We stand by our merchandise 100% and will accept returns on any unused and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Simply follow the instructions on your packing slip and send the unused items with the packing slip and all original packaging to:

Provided the return meets this criteria, returns are refunded in the original payment form, less shipping and handling. Returns sent via USPS that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. After 30 days, Oliver B cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects. Also, items received in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Orders are processed and shipped as soon as they are received and in most cases cannot be canceled. When you receive your item, use our return procedure to return the order. *The only non-refundable items at Oliver B are sale items.

How do I care for my product?

All merchandise have care labels and washing instructions attached. Please refer to the washing instructions included with each product. Almost all of our products are machine washable.
